I report monthly on the weather here in Ocala for people from other states who are thinking about moving here.
It's July in Florida. That's all I should have to say. It's really humid every day. The temperatures are in the mid 70's at night and the low 90's every day. It's great if you want to sit by the pool and drink a cold beverage. It's not so great a time to do yard work or take up jogging. There is a chance of thunderstorms almost every afternoon. They are caused by the breezes from the Gulf colliding with the breezes from the Atlantic. Don't get me wrong, no matter how hot or humid it gets, it's better than winter. After all every where has central AC. The longer you're here the more aclimated to the heat you get and below 70 seems a little cold.
