The absorption rate is a way to measure market activity.. You divide the number of homes for sale by the number sold per month to see how many months inventory exists. More than 6 months is a buyers market.
I now believe that our current buyers market will continue well into next year. A well priced home will sell in any market. Now is the time to buy. Don't get left out of this market!
