Why You Need Me As Your Ocala Buyers Agent

Why you need me, Joe Dallorso, as your Buyers Agent.

  1. FINANCING: I can refer you to a local bank or mortgage broker to be pre-approved for financing. They will provide all your expected expenses in advance and you will know exactly the price range you want to look at. Sellers expect buyers to provide a pre-approval letter along with an offer.
  2. HOME SEARCH: If you give me a list of wants and needs and your budget I will consult with you and help set up a search. You can use my Dream Home Finder or call or email me. I will then set you up a Listing Portal on the Ocala MLS so you can preview homes online.
  3. PRE-SCREEN HOMES: The Listing Portal is the most up to date source of Ocala homes available. You will be able to see all your listing in one place with up to 40 pictures of each home. Pre screening homes online saves a lot of time and gas driving around.
  4. VIEWINGS: You will selected the homes you want to see from your Listing Portal. This empowers you as the buyer. I will make recommendations based on the homes you have selected to make sure you don’t over look something. We will see what you want and not what some agent want to show you.
  5. DETERMINE VALUE: Before making an offer I will provide sold comps from the past 90 days to determine fair market value.
  6. PREPARE OFFER: After determining an offer based on sold comps I will help you decide on price, terms and conditions based on current market conditions.
  7. INSPECTIONS and SERVICES: I will help with arranging for inspections and services by providing you a list of reputable contractors. I get no compensation from anyone for referrals .
  8. OVER SEE PROCESS: I will constantly be checking that everything is on schedule and that all deadlines are met.
  9. CLOSING: I will personally attend your closing.
  10. NO CONFLICTS of INTEREST: I seldom take listings. If I have a listing I will disclose that prior to viewing the home. I do not represent any one community and I am happy to give my opinion on anything you ask both the positives and negatives. I get no extra compensation to sell homes listed by my broker.
